We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst with active SC Clearance to join our dynamic team, supporting a range of high-impact government or defence-related projects. You'll work at the intersection of data, strategy, and delivery-translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organisation.

Rate - £negotiable outside

Duration - 6 Months

Location - Newcastle - remote

Design and deliver robust performance measurement frameworksAnalyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similarCollaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to inform strategy and improve outcomesContribute to continuous improvement of data and analytics capability
