About The Role:
Ready to coach extraordinary leaders to achieve the impossible? We’re seeking a bold, results-driven Performance Coach to join SharkNinja’s Talent Acceleration leadership team. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with VP+ leaders— new hires, newly promoted, and seasoned executives— to push boundaries, break through barriers, and deliver exceptional results in SharkNinja’s fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Armed with a deep understanding of psychology, cutting-edge coaching techniques, and SharkNinja’s unstoppable mindsets, you’ll drive peak performance, unlock leadership potential, and operationalize our unique culture and mindset frameworks. What You’ll Do
- Inspire Peak Performance: Use psychology and cutting-edge coaching techniques to help VP+ leaders deliver beyond expectations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Drive Results Fast: Be the boots on the ground, providing high-touch support and coaching to ensure quick wins and sustained momentum for leaders.
- Lead Assessments and Interventions: Oversee targeted leadership assessments and deliver interventional coaching to unlock potential, address critical challenges, and propel teams to extraordinary results.
- Build Leadership Excellence: Design and deliver individual and group coaching sessions that operationalize SharkNinja’s culture and growth mindset.
- Align Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate across regions and functions with HRBPs and senior leaders to ensure leadership development fuel SharkNinja’s business priorities.
- Champion Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of coaching trends and maintain your ICF certification (or equivalent) to continuously elevate leadership impact.
What You’ll Bring
- Certified Expertise: ICF certification (or equivalent)
- Educational Foundation: Advanced degree in Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Proven Success: 10+ years of executive coaching experience with VP+ leaders, specializing in performance acceleration and leadership interventions.
- Psychological Savvy: Deep knowledge of psychology and its application to leadership success in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills that inspire trust and drive action.
