At the heart of easyJet Holidays' growth plans is our technology team. With a significant portfolio of change on the horizon, this team is crucial in propelling us towards industry leadership. The Technical Delivery Lead acts as a key liaison among our digital product teams, third-party suppliers, and business stakeholders.
The Performance & Delivery Lead is tasked with driving operational excellence by embedding Agile principles and optimising workflows across product teams. This role enables high-performing teams, promotes collaboration, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement aligned with organisational goals.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Performance & Delivery Lead, you'll communicate and influence at all levels to define and monitor metrics that connect with shop floor processes for performance improvement. You will provide in-depth data analysis for decision-making to ensure reliable delivery and visibility of value streams. You will support organisational change management and scale Agile practices across teams. You will also coach and mentor teams, enhancing Agile adoption and delivering high-performing results. You will collaborate with teams and stakeholders to proactively manage risks and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and delivery speed.
You'll demonstrate ownership and delivery by motivating teams to deliver consistent results, making timely decisions, and resolving root causes of problems to prevent recurrence. Inspirational leadership will be important as you communicate strategies, manage and mentor teams to achieve high performance, and tackle under-performance swiftly. You will identify opportunities for improvement, lead and support change initiatives, and thrive in ambiguous environments. Building strong cross-functional relationships, communicating proactively, and leveraging diverse perspectives will be essential.
What You'll Bring To The Team
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile Delivery or PMO / Project Governance. A proven track record in implementing Agile practices and driving organisational transformation is necessary. Strong facilitation skills and experience guiding teams through Agile processes are required. Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence, and strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) are important. Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across all organisational levels, are essential.
