About The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Performance Manager to lead strategy and execution for a high-profile government account. From campaign setup and daily optimisation to reporting and team guidance, you’ll be at the centre of delivering campaigns that inform and engage citizens. You’ll also shape measurement frameworks, partner with planners and ensure all work meets the highest standards of brand safety and compliance.

Role Purpose
Manage and optimise digital performance campaigns across government accounts, ensuring that budgets are deployed effectively and KPIs are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on role covering execution, optimisation, reporting and team guidance across platforms including search, social, display and programmatic.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Set-Up
- Translate government briefs into actionable digital performance plans with clear objectives.
- Define platforms, targeting criteria, budgets and timelines.
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand safety, data privacy and local regulation.
Execution & Optimisation
- Set up and manage campaigns across all platforms.
- Monitor daily delivery, pacing and budget utilisation.
- Optimise bids, targeting and creative rotations to maximise efficiency and impact.
Measurement & Reporting
- Maintain accurate dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports with insights and practical recommendations.
- Benchmark campaign performance against past activity and industry standards.
Collaboration & Team Development
- Partner with planners to ensure alignment with broader communication strategies.
- Collaborate with data analysts on measurement frameworks and attribution.
- Supervise junior executives, reviewing campaign set-up and reporting for accuracy.
Requirements
- 46 years hands-on performance media experience.
- Platform certifications (Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360) mandatory.
- Comfortable working in English data environments.
- Applicants must have prior experience working on the Government account at OMG.
