Role
- Own and scale a performance marketing channel (Google, Meta, Instagram, or ad networks)
- Manage and optimize £500k-£1M+ in paid media spend
- Run A/B tests, optimize funnels, and iterate on creatives
- Model LTV and subscription growth, make data-driven recommendations
- Report directly to CMO and work in a lean, fast-moving team
Profile
- 3-10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven track record in managing high-volume paid media budgets
- Strong analytics focus: subscription models, LTV modeling
- B2C background required (industry flexible)
- Startup/scale-up experience
- Hands-on, data-driven, adaptable
