They are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid strategy, focusing on TikTok and other high-impact channels.

The Performance Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end paid media strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns, and influence revenue across TikTok, Google, Meta, and beyond.

Role Highlights

• Lead full-funnel performance marketing, focusing on TikTok, Meta, Google, and Snapchat
• Develop and execute paid media strategies, including creative testing and bid optimization
• Manage senior team members and collaborate cross-functionally for messaging cohesion
• Analyze performance metrics, report on KPIs, and scale successful campaigns
• Innovate through platform testing and landing page experiments

You Will Need

• 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in FMCG or eCommerce
• Experience with TikTok Shop Ads, Creator Marketplace, Ads Manager
• Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
• Understanding of metrics like ROAS, CPA, AOV, CVR, and LTV
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Shopify, Northbeam, or Triple Whale
