Main duties of the job

As a Peripatetic Nurse, you'll work between 6 homes within the region as required. Flexibility to cover day or night shifts is necessary. Your responsibilities include ensuring new residents are settling in, helping advance your team members' skills, and developing care plans tailored to residents' physical and mental needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

ABOUT YOU

You need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Strong clinical knowledge, understanding of regulatory frameworks, and experience in care planning and risk assessments are essential. Your leadership, communication skills, and proactive approach will motivate teams across the care homes.
