Salary: £35,000 + benefits (DOE)

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) – Leicester, UK

A creative communications agency working with major global brands to deliver impactful digital presentations and campaigns. The role involves managing accounts in tech, cybersecurity, and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management (brief to delivery)
• Timeline, budget, and resource planning
• Coordination of cross-functional teams (design, content, video, freelancers)
• Client liaison: status updates, reviews, feedback
• Use of PM tools (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet)
• Collaborate internally to problem-solve and propose solutions
• Maintain CRM systems, track hours, and update project trackers

Required Experience

• Agency background with strong understanding of creative workflows
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Independent, solution-focused mindset
• Flexible with occasional out-of-hours communications

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with PPT, Adobe Suite, and digital assets
• Experience in branding, campaign, or design projects
• Background in working with enterprise / B2B clients
