They also have a successful film production career spanning multiple genres. This is a varied Personal Assistance role for a successful entrepreneur, fully remote with competitive salary options.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the Director/Founder\'s schedule, including meetings, travel, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential business and personal matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director/Founder, managing communications effectively.
  • Oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support the Director/Founder in managing key projects, events and deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director/Founder.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in providing support to senior executives or founders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft, and Xero, as well as systems such as Workday or Asana desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • The ability to travel into London if required.
