Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the Director/Founder\'s schedule, including meetings, travel, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential business and personal matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director/Founder, managing communications effectively.
- Oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the Director/Founder in managing key projects, events and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director/Founder.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in providing support to senior executives or founders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft, and Xero, as well as systems such as Workday or Asana desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- The ability to travel into London if required.
