Personal Assistant to Group Risk Directors

Angel Court, London EC2R 7HJ

Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week working from home

Permanent

Competitive salary + fantastic benefits, including up to 5% bonus

Full time - 35 hours per week

Working in our Group Risk function you’ll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care not just in the UK but around the globe.

There is an exciting opportunity to support three senior leaders in Group Risk. The role will be varied and will support key activities as well as providing high quality business and administrative support.

The successful candidate will need to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels across the Bupa organisation as well as with our external stakeholders, and will provide full administrative support the leaders and their team.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

What you'll bring:

• Solid experience of working as a PA to multiple directors in a fast paced, corporate environment;
• Experience in Financial Services with an understanding of our broader stakeholder groups and their roles.
• An advanced level of competence in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Co-Pilot and Edge;
• Excellent office and organisation skills;
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (Kofax pdf), including editing & creating pdf files;
• Familiarity with Sharepoint desirable;

• Good interpersonal skills; ability to develop open and honest working relationships with all colleagues;
• Experience of organising events;
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
