We offer guests a world‑class experience onboard and at destinations while providing a hybrid work environment with flexible office and remote options.Why You Should Work For UsBe part of a growing and transformative company.Enjoy a flexible, hybrid office schedule.Work with a multicultural, global team that values curiosity, sustainability, integrity, accountability, and passion.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales Calls – reach out via phone to potential and past guests to assess needs and promote Azamara products.Build Customer Relationships – deliver exceptional service, build rapport, and meet or exceed expectations.Maintain Contact Database – track client preferences and identify opportunities for future sales.Develop Product Knowledge – communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions effectively.Participate in Team Meetings – attend daily meetings and training sessions.Engage in Mass Email Campaigns – craft compelling messages for target customer profiles.Perform Additional Duties – support projects or initiatives as required.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum one year sales experience; cruise sales a plus.Familiarity with global luxury travel destinations is recommended but not required.Knowledge & SkillsStrong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with travel reservation systems and CRM products (HubSpot) is a plus. Ability to quickly learn product details, handle stress, multitask efficiently, and drive towards sales goals.Physical DemandsCall center agents must sit for extended periods, operate a computer terminal, and may lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants must have good vision, hearing, and the ability to perform light physical tasks such as stooping or crouching as needed.Work EnvironmentHybrid environment: in‑office Monday‑Thursday, remote Friday and weekends.
