We offer a less competitive environment than larger gyms, with greater flexibility, no monthly rents, and no commissions. Trainers will manage clients assigned to them and organize their own diaries. We deliver 30-minute workouts with a flexible format, encouraging trainers to add their own spin. Full-time trainers typically work 20-40 hours per week and can do private work as long as it doesn't interfere with scheduled sessions.
