Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong track record in PFI contracts and facilities management?
We are supporting a leading organisation in the built environment as they look to appoint a PFI Commercial Manager to join their team, overseeing a portfolio of high-profile contracts in the London area.
This role offers the chance to work on complex, long-term agreements, leading commercial negotiations, driving contract performance, and playing a key role in supporting PFI handbacks.
What you ll be doing:
- Managing the commercial and contractual performance of a large PFI portfolio
- Leading contract negotiations and managing risk
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and obligations
- Supporting senior stakeholders on commercial strategy
- Driving best value across the supply chain
- Strong commercial management experience in PFI / Facilities Management / Built Environment
- Knowledge of contract law, risk management, and dispute resolution
- Confident in leading negotiations and building stakeholder relationships
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
- Salary up to GBP90,000 plus car allowance, 15% bonus and excellent benefits
- Hybrid role with presence across the London region
- Opportunity to play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of major PFI projects
