Pharmacy Hub AdministratorPosition: Pharmacy Hub Administrator at NHS.Job SummaryThe post holder will work closely with the SEOxHA Primary Care Network Clinical (PCN) Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, provide administrative support in the Pharmacy Hub and across the PCN, communicate with a wide range of health care professionals, and support multiple clinical pathways and key projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support related to medicine safety and prescribing.Coordinate pharmacist workload, assign work and manage clinics.Support prescription teams within each practice with agreed pathways and processes.Carry out basic calculations to aid clinical decision-making.Assist with key projects such as medication reviews, hospital discharges, MHRA alerts, stock shortfalls and drug safety monitoring.Support clinical pathways (hypertension, atrial fibrillation & DOAC monitoring, lipids, diabetes and CKD).Develop relationships with local pharmacies for queries (e.g., multi-compartment compliance aids).Maintain quality, assess own performance, and contribute to team improvement.Communicate effectively with team members, patients, carers, and external stakeholders.Manage own time, workload, and resources efficiently.Maintain statutory and mandatory training records.Comply with Health & Safety, Data Protection, Confidentiality, Equality and Diversity policies.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential: Experience working in a healthcare/social care setting or General Practice; strong verbal & written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; high accuracy in information presentation; experience using Microsoft Office; attention to detail.Desirable: Experience in a GP Pharmacy team or community pharmacy; safeguarding role experience; risk assessment and incident recording; experience with EMIS clinical system.Education & TrainingEducated to GCSE level or equivalent.Personal Management & DevelopmentRecognise personal limitations and refer appropriately.Prioritise, organise and manage workload to maintain quality.Participate in relevant training programmes and maintain statutory mandatory training record.Employment DetailsPay scheme: £13.16 an hourContract: PermanentWorking pattern: Part-timeReference number: A2763-25-0014Job LocationsThe Leys Health Centre – Dunnock Way, Oxford, OX4 7EXDonnington Medical Partnership – 1 Henley Avenue, Oxford, OX4 4DHTemple Cowley Health Centre – Temple Road, Oxford, OX4 2HLEmployer DetailsThe Leys GP Partnership – The Leys Health Centre, Dunnock Way, Oxford, OX4 7EXWebsite: https://www.theleyshealthcentre.co.uk/Disclosure and Barring Service CheckThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and requires a DBS check for any previous criminal convictions.Equality and DiversityAll applicants and staff are treated equally regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
