Overview

As a Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager, you will lead efforts to secure funding and build strategic relationships for this growing charity. This permanent role in the Oxfordshire area requires expertise in partnership development, fundraising & relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to secure philanthropic funding and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, trusts, and corporate partners.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the organisation's funding streams.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising goals with organisational priorities.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of partnerships and donations.
• Organise and attend events to engage with stakeholders and promote the organisation's mission.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in the not-for-profit sector.

Profile

• A successful Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager should have:
• Proven experience in fundraising, partnership management, major donor management
• Team management experience
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
