Adult and Urgent Community Response (AUCR) Division Therapy Services – Bromley Healthcare. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to join our staff bank to provide flexible opportunities, including ad hoc and regular work within UCR Therapy services across Bromley.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, specialist interventions to clients living in their own homes or residential care settings.
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans, and work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to reduce the impact of disability and ill health.
  • Enable clients to achieve and maintain a level of independent functioning to remain at home or in the most appropriate community setting.
  • Apply an advanced understanding of disability nd provide training and advice on lifestyle changes and adaptations to clients\' social and physical environments.
  • Identify and develop your area of specialism and contribute to the resource base within Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Services and other professional groups.
