The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident litigator with a solid background inEL/PL, Occupiers' Liability, and RTAwork acrossPortal, Intermediate, and Multi-Tracklevels. You'll manage a high-quality caseload (approx. 110-130 files) while also playing a key role in mentoring and supporting a small but growing team.

You'll have the chance to shape processes, contribute to team strategy, and be part of a firm that values your voice.

What They're Looking For:

• 6-12 years' PQEas a qualified solicitor
• Strong experience inMulti-Track and Intermediate Track PI claims
• Confident handling amixed caseloadof EL/PL/OL/RTA matters
• A natural leader-supportive, commercially aware, and approachable
• Someone who thrives in acollaborative, values-led environment
