Overview

Our client is a UK‑based, fully remote, forward‑thinking no‑code consultancy helping fast‑growing businesses streamline operations through automation, AI, and system design. We’re hiring a Pipedrive CRM & Automation Consultant to work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimise CRM systems and automation workflows. This is a client‑facing, hands‑on consulting role ideal for someone with a technical mindset and a passion for system design and scalable automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Architecture & Optimisation: Configure, customise, and improve client CRM setups, primarily in Pipedrive.
  • Automation Design & Delivery: Build reliable workflows using Zapier, Make, and other no‑code tools.
  • Sales Process Consulting: Guide clients on pipeline management, lead tracking, activity logging, and sales ops best practices.
  • System Integration: Connect CRMs with external tools via APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create process documentation, automation blueprints, and training materials.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions to clients and ensure long‑term user adoption.
  • Customer Success: Maintain excellent client communication and proactively address questions or issues.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or sales tech roles using Pipedrive and Zapier.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, especially for client‑facing interactions.
  • Prior experience working with B2B SMEs, preferably in operations, RevOps, or sales consulting.
  • Proven ability to build scalable, robust automation across platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and delivery orientation.
  • Confident in running client training sessions and translating technical processes to non‑technical users.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during some UK business hours.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or other CRMs.
  • Familiarity with SmartSuite, ClickUp, Airtable, or Make.
  • Understanding of lead gen platforms like Apollo, Dripify, or Clay.
  • API/webhook knowledge and ability to follow technical documentation.
  • Experience using Zapier’s AI tools or building no‑code AI Agents.
  • Process mapping, project management, or business analysis skills.
  • Passion for generative AI, AI automation, and operational tech strategy.
