We are recruiting for a leading national law firm for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their Development & Regeneration team. Key responsibilities include

• Providing strategic planning advice and pre-application support
• Working on high profile and regeneration projects including residential, office, logistics, and data centre schemes
• Drafting and negotiating planning and highways agreements
• Acting on contentious matters including planning appeals, judicial reviews, and court proceedings
• Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development initiatives

Experience required

• Qualified planning lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE
• Strong client management and team leadership skills
