Key Responsibilities
- Build tooling that enables product delivery teams to go from idea to production safely and rapidly
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to understand needs and translate them into practical platform solutions
- Design and implement solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and developer experience
- Contribute to ongoing learning and improvement through active participation in retrospectives and other agile ceremonies
- Work as part of a flexible support rota to triage and facilitate requests from other engineers
Required Qualifications
- Solid communication skills and collaborative approach to development
- Hands-on experience with AWS or another major cloud provider
- Familiarity with security best practices and automation tools
- Experience with Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, TypeScript, CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog, Cloud Native/Serverless architectures, and networking basics
- Experience contributing to the operation of production systems in a distributed or cloud environment
