Join our high-performing Solution Strategy team at Epsilon as a Director, Solution Strategy & Sales, where you’ll be at the forefront of solutioning and positioning innovative marketing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients. This strategic leadership role will focus on delivering high-impact solution strategies that grow acquisition, increase customer retention, and boost lifetime value—ensuring our clients win and keep their best customers.

Our Team's Mission: Accelerating sales by effectively marrying client needs with Epsilon solutions - translating & defining the need, architecting a vision and bringing the vision to life in a way that demonstrates client value and differentiates Epsilon.

This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, market insight, solution design, product knowledge and executive communication. You’ll lead the strategic positioning of our offerings across key pursuits, bringing together the right blend of pricing, go-to-market planning, and consultative storytelling to close deals and shape long-term client success.
