This regional Facilities Services company is expanding due to a new contract win and is now looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team covering the North West region.

As a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer, you will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail units, offices, and student accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing repairs & maintenance
• Carpentry & joinery
• Painting & decorating
• Patch plastering
• Tiling & flooring
• Roofing repairs
• External & groundwork maintenance

Requirements

• Full driving licence is required as this is a mobile role
• Vehicle will be provided
• Ideally, be a qualified tradesperson with a good range of trades skills as mentioned above
