PMO (12 months)

2 Days Old

Coventry Building Society has a great opportunity for a Portfolio Management Officer (PMO) to join our Chief Information Digital Office (CIDO).

The role involves facilitating and coordinating activities across multiple agile teams, ensuring adherence to operational standards within the development lifecycle of CIDO Portfolios. The PMO will support the production of Strategic Value Cases across various programmes and transformation activities within agile release trains (ARTs).

This role requires close collaboration with the Central PMO team, Senior Portfolio Management Officer (SPMO), Release Train Engineer (RTE), and their respective teams. The PMO will provide input on ARTs set by Product Managers and track objectives and goals based on work delivered by the trains.

The PMO will work with the Central PMO team and their Trains/Teams to implement metrics for assessing progress, ensure data quality standards, and adherence to the Delivery Framework. Responsibilities include conducting assurance health checks, managing risks and dependencies, trackers for finances and resources, and preparing for quarterly PI Planning events, among other activities outlined in the PMO Service Catalogue.
