About the role
Coventry Building Society has an exciting new role for a PMO Governance Lead, in CIDO.
The PMO Governance Lead will be responsible for maintaining a robust reporting framework, clearly defining inputs, outputs, and reporting cadence for all levels of the governance model. This includes documenting processes and ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
This role requires working in the Coventry office for 1-2 days per week.

About you
You’ll be a seasoned change management professional with excellent relationship management skills and adept at managing senior stakeholders.
You will own and manage the process for providing timely and accurate updates on the Integration Programme to the Group Board, including supporting the development of agenda and materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end Integration Steering Committee (“ISC”) reporting process, including coordinating meetings, developing agendas, and managing minutes and actions
- Proactively liaising with stakeholders to gather inputs for ISC reporting
- Creating and maintaining ISC reports and presentations
- Overseeing review and distribution of ISC reports
- Leading the monthly workstream reporting cycle, facilitating communication and collaboration
- Reviewing and ensuring quality of workstream reports
- Managing logistics and agendas for reporting meetings
- Tracking and following up on actions from meetings
- Ensuring data integrity across governance reports
Previous experience in a similar role within Financial Services or Banking is required.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with integrations, mergers, acquisitions, and large change programmes with high complexity
