Are you experienced in planning and resource management within a dynamic change environment? AXA - Global Healthcare is seeking a dedicated PMO Planning & Resourcing Manager to lead the development and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive change and transformation plan.

In this key role, you'll oversee capacity planning, resource fulfilment, and manage resource contention to ensure the right resources are deployed at the right time for our prioritised initiatives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll drive a proactive approach to resourcing, enabling AHI to deliver its transformation objectives efficiently and effectively.

At AXA, we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, increasing to three days (60%) towards the end of 2025. We also consider flexible working arrangements.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Develop, own, and maintain a comprehensive change and transformation plan for AHI, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Programme, Project, and Product Managers to keep plans current and effectively communicate them.
  3. Identify, manage, and coordinate dependencies across initiatives to facilitate progress.
  4. Set planning standards, coaching managers to promote best practices.
  5. Conduct regular reviews with senior stakeholders to ensure relevance and alignment.
  6. Lead resource planning efforts, including development of resource plans and coordination with HR for vacancy fulfilment.
  7. Oversee the assignment and utilization of resources to support project delivery.
  8. Establish governance, reporting, and tools to track resource utilization and manage change.
