Polish Claims Assessor role at DARTS (Disaster Air Response Teams)

Brighton or Crawley, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through each stage of the insurance claims process.
• Liaise with customers and corporate clients over the phone and via email.
• Assess claims under Travel Guard, Insurance plans.
• Analyse claims made against the relevant policy wording.
• Contact claimants to request additional information where required and settle or decline the claim as appropriate.
• Work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience in customer service, admin or claims experience within Insurance or Financial Service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload to meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Great problem solver with good investigative skills.
