This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of a global law firm, helping to drive smarter ways of working across a high-value portfolio of legal matters.In this role, you’ll:* Work closely with legal teams to support the smooth running of client matters (projects), from start to finish* Help ensure best practice is followed by using checklists, templates, and tools* Coordinate meetings, track actions, and keep key stakeholders informed* Use data to spot trends, highlight risks, and support decision-making* Encourage the use of technology and innovation to improve how we work* Maintain dashboards, processes, and knowledge resources to support continuous improvement* Lead or support projects that improve how we manage work across the firm**Portfolio Advisor - What we're looking for:**We’re open to candidates from a range of industries – you don’t need to have worked in a law firm before.
