Join to apply for the Portfolio Finance Director role at Smartech Interactive Pvt Ltd.

This is a part-time engagement based in Sheffield with flexible hours; start at one day per week with opportunity to scale up or down. Ideally the Finance Director will spend some time on-site and will work closely with the co-founders and leadership team to shape the financial strategy for the next phase of growth, bringing a commercial mindset and robust financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed financial processes and internal controls to support scalable growth.
• Analyse business performance and deliver insights that highlight opportunities for sustainable expansion.
• Drive operational efficiencies across the organisation.
• Lead and manage debt fundraising activities to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Oversee and optimise stock management processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience as a Finance Director or CFO.
• Commercially astute with a strategic mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, dynamic environment.
• Skilled in communicating actionable financial insights to founders and leadership teams.
• Analytical, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

The rate advertised is a guideline and the rate offered will be commensurate with experience.
