Join our Doctoral Academy as a key leader in postgraduate research operations. We’re seeking a proactive and experienced individual to manage our PGR Recruitment and Admissions Team. You’ll lead on operational aspects of recruitment and admission, ensuring alignment with our strategy, and spearhead initiatives in a changing funding landscape. This role involves close collaboration with academic and professional services colleagues to enhance the applicant experience, ensure compliance with funders, and support strategic growth initiatives. You’ll bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of postgraduate research and funding in higher education. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
