As a Power BI & Snowflake Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping our data analytics strategy. You'll collaborate with business leaders, design compelling dashboards, and ensure our data solutions are both scalable and reliable. This is your chance to leverage cutting-edge BI tools to make a real impact!

This is a hybrid role in our Support Center in Westminster, MA.

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that empower strategic decision-making.
• Optimize and manage data models using DBT and Snowflake, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Implement and fine-tune DAX calculations for deep data analysis.
• Integrate Power BI with enterprise systems to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and best practices to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative BI solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience developing BI solutions with Power BI and Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data modeling.
• Experience with DBT for data transformation.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and enterprise system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into business value.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs.
• Passion for staying current with BI technologies and best practices.
