Location: Central London - Hybrid (2 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £60k + excellent benefits

The Role

This is a pivotal leadership role for an Account Director or Senior Account Director who wants to have real influence over strategy, creative campaigns, and client growth.

You’ll lead key client accounts, shape integrated campaigns, and mentor a small but ambitious team - all while contributing to the senior leadership of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on client accounts, ensuring objectives are met and campaigns are delivered to the highest standard
  • Develop and oversee creative strategies across multi-channel campaigns, activations, stunts, and events
  • Manage and mentor junior team members while coordinating effectively with senior leadership
  • Bring strong journalist, influencer, and media relationships, supporting the wider team in developing theirs
  • Contribute to new business opportunities and identify ways to grow existing accounts
  • Maintain commercial oversight, ensuring campaigns stay on budget and are effectively measured
  • Act as a strategic, trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate challenges and maximise outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

  • Current Account Director or Senior Account Director with experience in consumer lifestyle, food & drink, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and delivering campaigns in a fast-paced, high-quality agency environment
  • Strong copywriting, client-handling, and media/influencer relations skills
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair and commercial awareness
  • Collaborative leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to inspire teams and drive results
