The role:

This small but well-established agency has secured numerous new clients, and with several pitches pending, they are seeking an additional team member.

The position is flexible regarding experience level, ranging from Account Manager to Account Director, with responsibilities varying accordingly. They have a strong team of recent graduates developing into skilled account handlers, but now need a senior-level professional with the gravitas and experience to manage client relationships daily.

Their client base is predominantly B2B, focusing on sustainability, future mobility, and the circular economy. If you are passionate about the environment, this role could be ideal. Projects involve thought leadership, senior counsel, keynote speechwriting, and guiding C-suite executives through webinars and podcasts.

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to have experience in all aspects of the role, as the company is committed to staff development. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B PR environment (agency or in-house), be a confident writer and communicator, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for opportunities. Confidence, organization, passion for client growth in niche and international markets, and a desire for personal development are essential.

What’s on Offer?

The salary starts from £35,000 depending on experience. The role offers hybrid working with two days in the office (currently Tuesday and Thursday). Benefits include subsidised parking, a bespoke training package, and opportunities for mini internships.
