Overview

central conduit between the regional offices and the hub, the role is pivotal in ensuring alignment of operational, compliance, and change initiatives and you will take ownership of projects that truly shape the way we operate, both regionally and firm-wide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on the design, planning, and delivery of change initiatives within the hub. Partner with other Practice & Change Managers across the network to align and deliver nationwide projects consistently. Act as a change champion, engaging teams, communicating effectively, and building buy-in for transformation programmes. Identify risks or blockers to delivery, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track. Drive continuous improvement by embedding best practices into processes, systems, and compliance activities.
  • Technology & Systems: Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth rollout, adoption, and optimisation of practice management tools.
  • Gather, prioritise, and channel system change requests through the central CCH project team. Support the Finance team with procurement processes, ensuring compliance and value for money.
  • Operational Leadership: Work alongside hub leadership to ensure administrative and support functions are appropriately resourced. Monitor workflow and turnaround times across offices, balancing capacity to ensure efficiency and excellent client service. Oversee estates management for hub sites, coordinating with central functions where required. Partner with the Health & Safety lead to ensure compliance across all hub-related offices.
  • Compliance & Governance: Take ownership of local Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and ensure they are embedded effectively. Act as the key liaison with the central compliance team, providing assurance and guidance across the hub.
  • People & Development: Support the rollout of learning and development initiatives linked to new systems, tools, and processes. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Gather and act on feedback to measure the effectiveness of change programmes.
  • Events & Communications: Work with Marketing to coordinate and deliver hub-wide client and team events. Act as a communicator across the hub, ensuring transparency, clarity, and engagement during periods of change.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-site operational or practice management, ideally within professional services or accountancy.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
  • A confident change leader with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Integrity, discretion, and professional judgement in a matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance management and accountancy regulations (desirable).
