Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives within Medical Affairs
- Analyse data and generate insights to inform decision-making and optimize portfolio performance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes that enhance efficiency
- Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement across operations
- This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our UK office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience with portfolio management and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of medical affairs processes and best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent.
