Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives within Medical Affairs
• Analyse data and generate insights to inform decision-making and optimize portfolio performance
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes that enhance efficiency
• Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement across operations
• This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our UK office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience with portfolio management and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of medical affairs processes and best practices.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent.
