To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Sales Managers by providing technical support during the sales cycle including participation in sales meetings either virtually or in person.
  • Explain the solution’s technical capabilities and how they can be used to solve client requirements.
  • Run technical, architectural and design workshops and document payment flows, use cases, etc.
  • Capture and document onboarding, legal, commercial, operational, regulatory, technical and risk requirements.
  • Follow all sales processes and ensure implementation of our API led solutions runs smoothly

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of experience with implementations, client support, technical support or customer-interfacing preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with integrations and connectivity.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of implementing system integrations with APIs.
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge of payment schemes and networks including SWIFT, ISO2022 and various payment file formats.
  • Experience working in the property, wealth management or financial services preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to properly communicate our product offerings and functionality.
  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues; ability to analyse customer processes and provide creative solutions for implementation.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in the fintech or proptech sectors
  • Previous experience within the international payments ecosystem
  • Experience of working on the MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Background knowledge and understanding of International Real Estate
