About the Company

Our client is a leading global fintech and liquidity provider operating in the FX, trading, and digital asset markets.
For over a decade, they’ve delivered advanced B2B trading, liquidity, and SaaS solutions that help brokers, exchanges, and financial institutions scale efficiently.

Their technology powers regulated brokers, crypto exchanges, hedge funds, and asset managers worldwide — combining institutional-grade infrastructure with speed, transparency, and control.

Role Overview

The company is strengthening its product and data capabilities by hiring a specialist who will analyze pricing performance, validate monetization hypotheses, and support revenue decision-making across multiple B2B products.

This is not a Head of Pricing role. Strategic pricing decisions remain with the Board.
Your mission is to provide the analytical foundation for those decisions:

  • validate or reject pricing hypotheses with data,

  • model financial outcomes,

  • analyze competitors,

  • and reinforce product teams with clear, data-driven insights.

You will work within the Data Stream, closely collaborating with Product, FP&A, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing & Monetization Analytics

  • Validate pricing and packaging hypotheses proposed by Product, Board, and Customer Teams.

  • Build models that quantify revenue impact, unit economics, and margin performance.

  • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to guide decision-making.

  • Evaluate how changes in pricing influence churn, expansion, and overall revenue quality.

2. Competitive & Market Research

  • Map competitor pricing models across FX, brokerage, liquidity, and B2B SaaS markets.

  • Prepare benchmark studies, trend analyses, and pricing intelligence summaries.

  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to support product positioning.

3. Product & Financial Modelling

  • Calculate margin performance for each product or SKU (costs, CoS, infrastructure, data fees).

  • Work with FP&A on ROI calculations, forecasting, and impact modeling.

  • Support product teams with data-driven recommendations for bundles, add-ons, and feature configurations.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards on pricing performance, revenue drivers, and unit economics.

  • Use SQL/BI tools to extract, clean, and interpret product and financial data.

  • Present pricing analyses to Product, Data, and C-level stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers on new launches to ensure pricing assumptions are validated with data.

  • Support Customer Success with discount analysis, renewal scenarios, and customer-level profitability.

  • Provide analytical materials that help leadership make informed pricing decisions.

Required Experience

Must-Have

  • 3–7+ years in pricing analytics, product analytics, revenue analytics, or similar roles.

  • Strong skills in financial modeling: margin, unit economics, CAC payback, ROI, forecasting.

  • Experience in fintech, trading, FX, brokerage, or B2B SaaS.

  • Solid command of SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Amplitude, etc.).

  • Ability to convert complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and validating hypotheses with numbers.

Nice-to-Have

  • Understanding of liquidity, trading infrastructure, or brokerage mechanics.

  • Familiarity with B2B pricing models (tiers, add-ons, usage-based structures).

  • Experience with cost modeling for cloud infrastructure and financial products.

What Makes This Role Important

This position plays a central supporting role in how the company:

  • evaluates product economics,

  • tests pricing changes,

  • measures margin performance,

  • and aligns monetization logic with customer value.

Your work will directly influence strategic decisions and help ensure every pricing change — from product features to enterprise deals — is grounded in reliable, accurate data.

Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here

  • High-impact work with visibility at the C-level.

  • Opportunity to shape pricing foundation across a complex fintech ecosystem.

  • Global team and fully flexible location.

  • Work with advanced trading and SaaS products used worldwide.
