Who you are

• 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering, aspiring to a new and exciting chapter
• UK design consultancy experience across a range of sectors – notably Residential
• Sound client liaison experience and commercial awareness
• Experience with Section Agreements 278, 38, 185 and 104
• Fully conversant in AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes or equivalents
• Hands‑on approach and a desire to remain engaged in design and project delivery
• Willingness to grow a civils team alongside the Regional Director – line‑manage/mentor colleagues
• Good organisation, communication and presentation skills

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to completion
• Develop and maintain robust engineering solutions that are cost‑effective and buildable
• Manage client relationships and keep projects within commercial parameters
• Line‑manage and mentor junior team members, building a high‑performance civils team
• Represent Rodgers Leask at industry events and promote client engagement
