It plans, designs, delivers and manages the development and infrastructure needed to support the creation of sustainable, healthy and prosperous communities.The PositionIn order to continue providing clients with an expert service, the business is now looking to recruit a Principal Civil Engineer into the team in Leeds city centre - just a short walk from the train station.As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will work across the entire project lifecycle in asset planning, strategy, concept design, outline design & detailed design. You will take on responsibility for the leadership & mentoring of Engineers in the team and work alongside overall project design leads to ensure successful project delivery. You will also deliver leading edge design, whilst supporting & mentoring more junior engineers.The CandidateYou should have a passion for engineering with extensive design experience in the UK water industry. You\'ll have a degree in Civil Engineering and ideally hold Chartered status with a relevant professional body such as ICE or CIWEM.
