If you are an Intelligent Mobility/Systems specialist seeking a new challenge, consider joining us as an Intelligent Mobility Principal Consultant.

This role features a hybrid working model, combining homeworking with based at one of our key locations: Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Newcastle, York, Liverpool.

The position involves technical advisory and delivery, working closely with clients and supply chains. A strategic approach with a focus on work-winning is preferred.

Your Purpose:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth, develop our team, and maintain technical excellence across the IMST Practice. Lead efforts in winning and delivering projects with local and central government.
• Promote IMST and AtkinsRéalis externally. Support the Practice Director and SLT in achieving performance targets.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring our team implements the best solutions and promotes technical excellence.
• Serve as Project Director or Technical Reviewer on key commissions.
• Drive work-winning and project delivery aligned with client accounts and growth plans. Engage with clients and stakeholders to enhance our profile and growth.
• Mentor colleagues to build resilience and support professional development. Demonstrate strong knowledge of local transport technology sectors, including intelligent mobility and transport systems.
