About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key driver of growth and innovation as a Principal Consultant in our employee research consulting team. Leveraging your deep expertise, you'll deliver impactful solutions, drive revenue, and solidify our market-leading position. You will shape a high-performing consulting team, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of strategically important accounts, assisting in developing bespoke solutions, and driving continuous improvement to maintain our competitive edge.

This role can be based in London, York or Manchester.
