Overview

Robert Walters partners with a FTSE 100 Global Consultancy to expand its cyber security offering. The role is for an experienced Principal Cyber Security Engineer within the UK cyber team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security measures to protect Azure, M365, Cloud Infrastructure & Data
• Deep knowledge of Azure & M365 security services and ensure security of cloud infrastructure
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using PowerShell, Azure CLI and Azure Logic Apps
• Coordinate and manage engineering projects and design, develop, maintain security architecture
• Mentor the engineering function and provide technical leadership

Qualifications & Certifications

• Proven experience with Azure & M365 security tools and technologies
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS, ISO27001)
• Knowledge of scripting & automation tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Logic Apps)
• Microsoft Cert: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Cert: Cyber Security Architect Expert certification
• Microsoft 365 Cert: Security Administrator Associate
• CISSP / CCSP

Benefits & Working model

Salary range up to £90,000 per annum plus benefits. The position is home‑based remote working.
