Principal Data Analyst Join Digital Health and Care Wales as a Principal Data Analyst on a fixed‑term basis. This role plays a key role in maximizing the potential of data to improve patient care across Wales. Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate key data flows into our warehouse environment to support critical workstreams. Lead and manage data engineers, warehousing and acquisition professionals. Deliver high‑quality service under pressure and meet fast‑moving deadlines. Maintain constructive relationships with a wide range of individuals and organisations. Provide managerial accountability for assigned staff and lead within your area. Implement and improve technical initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in data analysis and warehousing. Experience leading and managing teams. Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Welsh language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
