Principal DevOps Team Lead
New Today
Overview
Our mission is to improve the performance of athletes and teams, engineering the premier technology platform for sport. Since 2006 we have been at the forefront of sports technology and science, actively changing the future of the industry. Our solutions help athletes and coaches “play smart” by delivering performance insights that can make the difference between winning and losing. We work with thousands of teams worldwide to optimize athletes’ health, game-day readiness, and performance, and to enhance in-game tactics through video analytics and athlete monitoring solutions.
We are building the next-generation cloud platform that unites digital video, wearable data, and athlete information to unlock powerful insights for coaches, sports scientists, and athletes. Our vision is to empower every athlete to reach their full potential by transforming data into meaningful performance breakthroughs. As our DevOps Team Lead, you will guide the systems, teams, and innovations that make this possible and help shape the future of sports performance.

- Cloud Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR as applicable) and implement best-in-class cloud security controls.
- Software Delivery Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and repeatable software delivery.
- Infrastructure Automation & IaC: Own infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Observability & Reliability: Build and maintain logging, monitoring, alerting, and SLO/SLI frameworks to ensure system health and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain compliance of on‑prem infrastructure in line with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Operations & Maintenance: Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of physical and hybrid infrastructure, including networking, storage, and compute.
