Benefits

As well as a competitive pension scheme, TieTalent and its partners offer employee share plans, a range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts. You may also be eligible for an annual incentive.

The AR&M and Supportability Team

You will join a growing team of 13 individuals based across sites at Brough, Filton and Barrow tasked with AR&M analysis and creating case reports against combat systems. This team conducts its own AR&M analysis and produces its own reports and calculations to ensure the availability targets are met for the systems of the submarine. You will collaborate with stakeholders from the MOD, Dreadnought Alliance system owners/designers, and external suppliers at design reviews, and with the Combat Systems senior managers. Joining this team provides the opportunity to influence the design of the Dreadnought platform from a Combat Systems perspective and to mentor and coach new team members. Relocation support across Submarines roles is available, subject to eligibility criteria.
