Transparent Hiring Solutions at CleanTech Talent is seeking a seasoned Consultant or Project Manager with 6+ years’ experience to join a purpose-driven, medium-sized consultancy tackling the UK’s biggest environmental challenges. This role is suitable for candidates from diverse backgrounds who are capable of project management, mentoring, and learning and growing into a role in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) or related fields.

• Lead complex infrastructure projects
• Mentor & manage junior talent
• Provide general and technical advice as you grow into the role
• Take a leading role in growing the business
• Work closely with the Technical Director and senior leadership to shape sustainable solutions across renewable energy and planning sectors
