The Opportunity

We're seeking Senior and Principal HVAC Engineers to join a leading engineering consultancy delivering critical projects across the UK. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work on high-profile projects from concept through to commissioning.

We would also welcome applications from these industries: nuclear, defence, pharmaceutical, energy-from-waste, and industrial manufacturing.

The Role

• Lead or contribute to the design and specification of HVAC systems for complex, safety-critical environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Support commissioning activities and technical handover to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in HVAC design and engineering within regulated sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant professional certifications or SQEP status are advantageous.
