Salary: £51,356 to £56,494 + £3000 Market Rate Supplement.What you will doYou will be one of the lead lawyers in the Planning and Highways team, providing advice to officers and elected members. Responsibilities include handling s106 and s278 agreements, complex and routine planning and highways advice, public inquiries, advice on planning enforcement, and public law.DevelopmentIf you are ambitious to develop knowledge in this specialist area and are supported to develop your management and leadership skills, this is the job for you.What you will bringQualified solicitor with a current practising certificate, or Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
