What You Will Be Doing

• Build Brain Lifts: Develop a structured, evolving knowledge base that sharpens AI tools, guides strategic decisions, and demonstrates your mastery of the educational domain.
• Execute Product Iterations: Ship data-driven product enhancements weekly that directly advance measurable student learning outcomes.
• Cultivate Domain Expertise: Acquire deep, structured understanding of educational science to elevate team decision-making, create precisely tailored solutions, and communicate with unquestionable authority.
  
  

• Managing traditional roadmaps or dictating what to build without clear outcome metrics
• Engaging in prolonged development cycles; we operate on weekly shipping cadences
• Creating exhaustive PRDs, maintaining backlogs, or defining every screen and edge case
• Building technical solutions or determining software architecture
  
  

• Minimum 4 years in product leadership positions where you personally shaped product vision and owned core problem-solution hypotheses
• Proven track record launching at least one successful product (not merely features) that reached external users from conception to completion
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for leveraging AI in your daily workflow (research, analysis, synthesis, strategy)
