JOB TITLE: Principal Software Engineer

SALARY: £90,440 - £106,400

LOCATION: Manchester (Non-Negotiable)

HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in our Manchester office.

In this role, you’ll be the go to person for everything tech in your area. You’ll oversee both day-to-day operations and long term change initiatives, ensuring everything runs smoothly while constantly improving efficiency. You’ll make sure technology is at the heart of decision-making, working with product owners to develop solutions that drive the business forward. Your deep technical background will be essential in guiding the team and making strategic calls on risk, resilience, and cost management.
