Principal Solution Architect – Professional Services (EMEA)

Your Impact

  • Influence major business transformations across finance, supply chain and sales performance domains.
  • Deliver solutions on top of Anaplan’s unique Hyperblock engine, enabling real‑time data and predictive modelling at scale.
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders and internal Anaplan teams to shape solution strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Work at the forefront of Anaplan’s most strategic customer engagements.

Your Role

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex connected planning solutions.
  • Translate business problems, models and spreadsheets into scalable Anaplan solutions.
  • Work closely with customer teams to optimise and future‑prove business processes.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and actionable feedback.
  • Act as the architectural SME across large‑scale deployments and high‑value projects.
  • Support pre‑sales activity through solution design, estimation and customer presentations.
  • Coach, mentor and support the growth of other consultants and solution architects across the business.
  • Produce detailed and comprehensive model documentation.
  • Support data integration and migration activities.

Your Qualifications

  • Significant experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions (e.g. Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday Adaptive).
  • Consulting experience with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders through transformation journeys toward tangible benefits.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferred).
  • Proven track record to lead and implement responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound).
  • Passion for business analytics, modelling and planning.
  • Entrepreneurial approach, able to work with ambiguity.
  • Results‑oriented, motivated, self‑starter.
  • Ability to organise and manage concurrent demands and coordinate and prioritise multiple requests.
  • Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll‑up your sleeves” approach.
